A new dining option is set to open in Milliken this week, with Doug’s Diner scheduled to open its new location Thursday, July 16.
The restaurant will be located at 1760 Broad St., Suite L, in Milliken. Doug’s Diner’s official locations page currently lists the Milliken restaurant as opening Thursday, while the restaurant’s Milliken Facebook page says the opening was pushed back by one day from an earlier target date.
According to Doug’s Diner, the Milliken location will operate from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. The location is also expected to offer Friday and Saturday dinner service and a happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m.
The restaurant is joining a growing list of Doug’s Diner locations across Colorado, including nearby locations in Mead, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Fort Collins and Eaton.
Doug’s Diner is known primarily for breakfast and lunch, with menus built around diner-style comfort food. Other locations feature items including breakfast burritos, eggs Benedict, hot cakes, waffles, stuffed tots and other breakfast staples, although menu offerings can vary by location.
The Milliken opening will also bring extended evening hours that are not offered at every Doug’s Diner location. The company’s official listing shows the restaurant remaining open until 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
The new restaurant is expected to open Thursday at 1760 Broad St., Suite L.
